Philip Winstone, Managing Director

Philip has 30 years' experience in the financial markets and has a very clear view on how recruitment firms should partner with their clients. Philip is the co-founder of financial markets boutique consultancy Cordatum Associates Limited, and the founder and managing director of Capital Markets People. Philip was previously Executive Director of FMPI Recruitment, a specialist agency recruitment firm. Previously, Philip was global head of the market data business at GFI Group, a global inter-dealer broker, where he was responsible for product strategy and sales. Philip was also global head of strategic partnerships for fx options software vendor FENICS Software Limited. Prior to this, Philip spent 18 years working for Reuters Limited (now part of LSEG) in various senior content acquisition, international product management and international marketing roles. Before entering the world of financial information, Philip ran a publishing consultancy business. Philip has a degree in U.S. Politics and History, having studied at the University of Essex and the University of Miami, Florida. Robin Parr, Strategy Consultant to the Board of Directors

Robin is an entrepreneur and an internationally experienced business leader who is currently Managing Director of Neos IT Services, based in Munich. Neos is a 100+ employee company with offices across Europe and Asia. Robin is also Founder and Managing Director of an investment vehicle and was recently appointed Chariman of Mind Your Rights Oy, a tech start-up based in Finland. Prior to founding Neos in 2005, Robin had a senior role in strategy and corporate development at Cable & Wireless, working on mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. Robin joined Cable & Wireless from Reuters  Group where he held various senior management positions in EMEA and AsiaPac. Robin has an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School.

Justin Corp, Co-Founder

Justin is a veteran recruiter and marketer in financial markets. He is also co-Founder and Director of Cordatum Associates, a boutique consultancy firm and formerly Executive Director of FMPI Recruitment. Justin previously held senior global roles in international marketing, commercial policy and content at Thomson Reuters (now LSEG), as a Strategic Advisor to a global inter-dealer broker's  information business and was Commercial Policy Director at FX Exchange start-up, Sila Communications
